docs: fix name in curl_easy_ssls_export man page 
The name of the man page was wrongly given as curl_easy_sssl_export
which seems to have confused our HTTML man page generation.

curl is a command-line tool for transferring data specified with URL syntax. Learn how to use curl by reading the manpage or everything curl.
