Ignore misaligned in Morphologizer.get_loss (#6363)
Fix bug where `Morphologizer.get_loss` treated misaligned annotation as
`EMPTY_MORPH` rather than ignoring it. Remove unneeded default `EMPTY_MORPH`
mappings.
