GraphiQL cleanup (#1002) 
* Add integrity checks for GraphiQL CDN resources

Also fixes an erroneous assignment preventing a setting from getting to
the UI.

* Pass SRIs and new versions to the template

Allow the user to see the query before prompting 
This also allows the introspection query through so that the user can
edit with intellisense before being prompted.
