Kevin Ross	4d5317e8b8	A lot of work normalizing static control-labels with floating labels. This was primarily achieved by having material.js put the focus on the form-group, and adjusting styles as needed. These handlers were wrongly attached on every input(...) or autofill(...) call, which resulted in redundant attachments in certain scenarios (e.g. when using arrive).
