Avoid deprecated 'U' mode when opening files
Instead, use PSFile() wrapper to handle all newline in the EPS spec. Update line ending tests to handle all combinations of '\n' and '\r'. Fixes warning "DeprecationWarning: 'U' mode is deprecated" in tests.
