Local patches on RTLSDR-Airband v6.2.0 (~sanspie/RTLSDR-Airband, built in build/, installed to /usr/local/bin/rtl_airband):
1. helper_functions.cpp: dated subdirectories YYYY-MM-DD instead of YYYY/MM/DD.
2. rtl_airband.cpp (2026-10-20): global config keys scan_dwell_ms (20..5000, default 200) and
   scan_hold_ms (default 2000) replace the hardcoded SLEEP(200) / 10-step hold in scan mode.
   Measured with the 122.475 ATIS carrier on the HackRF at 2 Msps: dwell 200/150/120 ms attribute the
   signal correctly; 100 and 80 ms attribute it to the NEXT scan entry (USB transfer latency ~65 ms +
   125 ms squelch batch) -> do not go below ~120 ms; 150 ms is used.
Rebuild: cd ~/RTLSDR-Airband/build && make -j3 && sudo install -m 755 src/rtl_airband /usr/local/bin/rtl_airband
Previous binary: /usr/local/bin/rtl_airband.bak-2026-10-20b
3. rtl_airband.h/config.cpp/rtl_airband.cpp (2026-10-20, later): per-frequency "hold_ms" list in scan
   channels (0 = scan_hold_ms) and global "scan_long_hold_min_ms" (default 800): the long hold applies only
   after the squelch was open >= that long, so noise blips keep the short hold. Controller loop rewritten
   with an explicit stepping/holding state (activity logged when the squelch opens while hopping).
Previous binary (dwell patch only): /usr/local/bin/rtl_airband.bak-2026-10-20c
